  5.     FlushLibs -- Flush unused libraries etc from Exec's libList (v39.1.11)

  7.     SYNOPSIS
  8.     FlushLibs

  10.     DESCRIPTION
  11.     Flushes unused libraries, datatypes, etc., from Exec's libList, thus
  12.     freeing up some memory.
  13.  
  14.     FlushLibs doesn't force the system to free it's resources by trying
  15.     to allocate a large amount of memory -- instead it directly calls the
  16.     libraries' LIB_CLOSE functions.
